  • FREE DELIVERY is available for purchases above $ 300 (Sai Kung and TKO areas above $150).

  • For purchases under $ 300, $50 delivery fee will be charged

  • Standard Delivery: within 2-7 business days. The final delivery time will be confirmed by Whatsapp / Telephone.

  • S.F. Store and EF Locker Self-pickup Service: within 2-5 business days. It can be arranged and delivery fee have to paid directly to SF based on their quote (receiver paid method). Customers using Self-pickup Service are required to write the corresponding Location Code of your pickup point on to the waybill, which enables faster and more efficient pickup arrangement.

Return Policy

  • If the items you receive have quality issues, please contact us with your order no. and pictures of your item within 7 days upon receipt. Items must be returned in the original box and must include all the original tag, label and packaging.

  • If there are any quality / quantity problem, customers can return goods purchased from us under our 7-days returns policy. Products must be unused and in good resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

  • All returns shipping cost will be paid by the customer except damaged goods or wrongly shipped items within 7 days from delivery date.

  • Items cannot be returned/refunded for those found to be incomplete, damaged, with security seal broken or in a non resalable condition.

  • Soulmate Pet Care Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and to terminate this program without prior notice.

  • Should any dispute arise, the decision of Soulmate Pet Care Limited shall be final.
